My daughter LOVES to dance. Her dance classes ended in May and has been asking me continually when she will get to go back to dance with Michele and Sandee. Yesterday when I picked her up at daycare, her teacher said "Wait, I have something I have to show you." I'm thinking - Crap, let's run away! So Debby brings out a digital camera and says "This is your daughter's future...." She took pics of JJ dancing on a large tire (turned on it side buried in the ground for the kids to play on...makes a good stage) in front of a bunch of kids while another little boy played the drums for her. She is such a performer. She even did a sassy little pose with her hip stuck out for Debby.
Last night I decided to try to the Carmen Electra Strip Aerobics DVDs. It's really not as bad as it sounds. I borrowed them from someone to try pick up some moves to help with my new side business. There are 5 DVDs to choose from so I popped in the Hip Hop DVD. It was fun. The moves weren't tough but it takes practice. What a work out! It made me sweat...which I hate by the way. Anyway, Little Princess was on the couch watching and decided to jump in and take part. Does the fact that I let my child dance along to Carmen Electra make me a bad parent? Again, it was just a hip hop routine.
Anyway, she was so damn cute!!!!!!! One move is a turn and you snap your head to look behind you. She did it like a pro. Another move starts with you slapping your hands on your thigh, then you walk and as you walk you slide your hands up your torso. She did that too and it cracked me up!! I absolutely have to get this on video.

I'm sure the d/c won't question why she's doing those moves and kissy faces on the playground, they'll just say..."we sure know who your mom is"......LOL

the only reason I put Emily in professional dance classes was because she was dancing like a porno star. I wanted her to not be dancing like Carmen Electra! LOL....my kids got better moves than me!
